Return & Exchange Policy

We value all our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund (conditions apply).

All SALE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE

 

OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES:

  • Contact us via email at shop@sparrowhut.com, (referencing your order confirmation number) with your request before returning the item(s). 

  • We will provide you with a link to obtain a return shipping label, fees may apply

  • Returns must be arranged with us within 30 days of the date of purchase

  • For refunds, your item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and in sellable condition (as determined by us upon receipt), with the original invoice attached

  • For all exchanges and/or replacements, the new item will be sent to you once the returned item is received by us

 

DAMAGED ITEM(S):

We always strive for perfection but mistakes sometimes happen. Defective products will be replaced and/or given an store credit at our discretion, and based on product availability. If you find that the item or items that you have purchased online is/are damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@sparrowhut.com with your order confirmation number, and include a photo for us to assess the damage.
